Contracting: Below are the full contracts and the printer friendly versions (only the signature pages) for each insurance company. To contract with an insurance company we only need the pages printed from the printer friendly version faxed to 800-211-2597 (Please DO NOT fax the full contract). All appointment fees due for the agent’s resident state will be paid by Insurance Solutions, Inc. Any costs associated with non-resident appointments will be paid by the writing agent. After the agent's contracts are received most insurance companies will have a writing number for the agent (if appointed) with in 2-4 weeks. |
